What is redacted on the top right hand side of the arrest report? It looks like a time stamp of some sort, which should not be redacted. Please let me know why the need for such a redaction?

Per the index, the redaction is for a mug shot, which is exempted from release pursuant to Executive Order 69 Whitman 1997 (continued in EO 21 McGreevey 2002.)

If so, I do not need all of the officers involved, how about just the footage from Detective Mahan for the arrest?

This request is long overdue. Please send me the body cam from the arresting officer, which was Detective Mahan. He was the one who entered her bedroom while she was changing.

I apologize, I did not see that the body cam from this request was denied. I do not agree that the body cam footage is a part of the investigation, and should not be fully denied. If certain portions need redactions, then so be it, but the investigation is over, it is not?
