I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Records requested: Please provide all police reports for 1 Addison Ave, Apartment 1 from May 22- June 25, 2026.
I would also like the body worn camera footage for all responding officers on scene from June 24, 2026 pertaining to an incident involving David Cuervo at 1 Addison Ave.
