Dear Stratford Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please provide me with any and all police reports involving lottery tickets stolen during 2022 from Wine Nova located at 404 N. White Horse Pike Stratford, NJ.

Good afternoon,
FYI, OPRA does not supersede state law when fees have been authorized for
certain records.
Police reports are $5 per report when the request in not made in person.
Please be aware, that once we determine how many reports are responsive to
your request, you will be required to remit payment to the Borough before
any reports are provided. You can limit the cost of your request by either
coming to the Borough Police Department to make the request in person or
reducing the scope of your request.
