With reference to your OPRA request of March 13, 2021, be advised that the
reports you requested are Criminal Investigation reports, and Criminal
Investigation Reports are exempt from disclosure in accordance with
N.J.S.C. 47:1A-1.1. I am attaching copies of Complaint
1337-S-2016-000732, Arrest Report for 16OT17380, and Complaint
1337-S-2016-000579. Finally, 19OT07165 includes indictable offenses;
therefore, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office is the Custodian of
Records for that report..
