This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Records of any police response involving Larry Pipitone, white male, DOB: 11/28/1940 residing at 226 CROSS KEYS RD, BERLIN NJ to include incident reports, any 911 calls, etc.
Records from accident in the Borough, case # T2013-223 to include any dash camera footage, statements, etc.

Below is in response to your OPRA request:
1. Denied as no responsive records. 226 Cross Keys Road, Berlin NJ
is not located in the Borough of Berlin.
2. Denied as no responsive records. Motor vehicle accident/crash
reports are only required to be maintained for three (3) years and are
then destroyed in accordance with the State of New Jersey Records
Retention Schedule. Mobile Video Recording (MVR) systems are not utilized
by the department.
