Thank you for your assistance with items # 1 and # 2.
As for item # 3, I was a little confused by the answer of no records responsive to the request. In a previous OPRA request, you sent a summons from 4/11/2009 for Brandon K. O'Shea, which you identified as Special Complaint Summons 1524-SC-007227.
That is the incident I am referring to. Now that you have the exact summons #, is that enough to find the additional reports/documents requested in relation to that incident?

Your initial Request #3 is specific to "Any incident reports/narrative, case summary reports/narrative, arrest reports, criminal complaints and/or summonses, including any follow-ups, pertaining to incident on 4/11/09 involving Brandon O'Shea and Michael Capanna". The Special Complaint Summons 1524-SC-007227 which you refer to in your follow up email was issued on 4/11/09, however the incident did not occur on that date. I hope this clarifies my response, "No records responsive to this request exist" to Request #3.
The Point Pleasant Police Department will honor the additional request based on your follow up email, "That is the incident I am referring to. Now that you have the exact summons #, is that enough to find the additional reports/documents requested in relation to that incident? I will need additional time to research this case and respond to your request which will occur no later than 11/23/20.
