Dear Morris County Sheriff's Office,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

On May 17, 2018, at approximately 10:20am a motor vehicle accident occurred on Route 80 West near mile marker 25.10.

I am respectfully requesting any and all Morris County Sheriff's Office (Including CIS and any other Unit/Section(s) that responded) reports including but not limited to; Investigation Report(s), Supplemental Investigation Report(s), CAD Report(s), Operations Report(s), SR-1 and 21 (R 2-04) MVC Accident Report(s) as well as any written statements from witnesses etc., regarding this event. I am also requesting any photos and videos prepared and/or generated from this accident
