Police report request 12-22-23 through 1-2-24
Dear Red Bank Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
I am currently interested in the possible rise of crime and police calls while the college students are home on break. This requests is for all people not just college aged students as I feel college students are being unfairly targeted and subject to police abuse..
Records requested:
I am requesting all statistics during the time period of 12-22-23 through 1-2-2024 that pertain to arrests, borough violations, complaints issued, bar fights, bar arguments, peeing in public, noise problems in the area of the bars on Front Street, driving under the influence, use of force reports, drug arrests, car pursuits, and fleeing people that ran from police.
I am requesting all written police reports and other documentation such as use of force reports and pursuit reports car and foot chase during the time period of 12-22-23 through 1-2-2024 that pertain to arrests, borough violations, complaints issued, bar fights, bar arguments, peeing in public, driving under the influence, use of force reports,car pursuits, and fleeing people that ran from police.
