Police report from an accident that happened on my property

I have been trying to request a copy of a police report from 11/14/2023 because a car accident occurred on my property and I would like to file a claim with the insurance company. I went to the police station back in January and the officer gave me a piece of paper with 2023-10657. I'm not sure if that helps any, but this is my second attempt to get the information that I need. I hope to hear from you soon.
