Dear Hamilton Township (Mercer),

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

I am requesting a copy of the police report and any associated video of the fatal electrocution incident that occurred at 11 S. Gold Street, Hamilton NJ involving Dean Kitchin. These items will assist us in our investigation into this incident.
