"A large burglary spree was stopped due to a Haddon Heights Officer observing a vehicle that was in violation of the overnight parking ordinance".
2. All materials located on the "M-Drive" labeled "Overnight Parking File" that the chief of Police mentioned in July a July 14th outgoing email.
