Redactions:

1)      Victim’s name, date of birth, address, and employer’s name/address
have been redacted as same are exempt from disclosure pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1. “A public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to
safeguard from public access a citizen’s personal information with which
it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen’s
reasonable expectation of privacy.   Burnette v. County of Bergen, 198
N.J. 408 (2009).

2)      Victim’s unlisted telephone number and victim’s employer’s
unlisted telephone number have been redacted as same are exempt from
disclosure pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 as personal identifying
information.

3)      The person reporting the crime/incident and their address have
been redacted as same are exempt from disclosure pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1. “A public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to
safeguard from public access a citizen’s personal information with which
it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen’s
reasonable expectation of privacy.   Burnette v. County of Bergen, 198
N.J. 408 (2009).

4)      Narrative (paragraph 68) has been redacted as same is exempt from
disclosure pursuant to Executive Order No. 26 (McGreevey 2002) as
information relating to medical, psychiatric or psychological history,
diagnosis, treatment or evaluation.
