Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Records requested: Any and all police reports and arrest reports involving a Harry Aber on or about 3/25/1993 in reference to a criminal complaint # 1993 382632 signed by Officer Paul Otterbine.
