Dear Bridgewater Township NJ Public Records,
In reference to my opra request 23-2070, it was originally denied because it was part of an ongoing Criminal Investigatory Record. This exception fell under exception no.5.

This case is no longer an investigatory record, as the vehicle has been recovered and the thief has been taken into custody. The criminal investigation is complete.

I am resubmitting my opra request 23-2070 for review and approval.
