Response: Township of Lakewood has received your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request. The official Records Custodian
received your request today. As such, the Township will respond as
soon as possible but no later than seven (7) business days.

In accordance with N.J.S.A. 39:4-131, copies of auto accident
reports requested other than in person have an administrative fee
of $5.00 per report.

Additionally, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5 (b), printed
documents are $0.05 per letter-sized pager or smaller. This fee
will be administered if you are picking up the report.

At this time, please clarify your request as to whether you will
be picking up in person or how you will be paying the $5.00 per
report fee. If you would like it be emailed, please advise so we
may calculate an estimate.
