Copy of the Unredacted Police Report including any & all Supplemental reports regarding the motor vehicle accident that occurred near the intersection of Watchung Avenue and E. 5th Street on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at approximately 2:40 pm

Copy of the traffic surveillance video near the intersection of Watchung Avenue and E. 5th Street on Thursday, February 9, 2023 from approximately 1:40 pm until approximately 3:40 pm.

Copy of the responding Police Officer's Body Cam and/or Car Cam surveillance video near the intersection of Watchung Avenue and E. 5th Street on Thursday, February 9, 2023 from approximately 2:40 pm until approximately 3:40 pm.

Copy of any Police Department 911 calls & CAD information regarding the intersection of Watchung Avenue and E. 5th Street on Thursday, February 9, 2023 from approximately 2:40 pm until approximately 3:40 pm.

Good Morning Ms. Balacer,

            Your OPRA request and related reports are attached.  Please
see instructions below to view Officers Body worn camera footage.  There
is no video footage from CCTV at intersection of Watchung Ave/ E.5^th St.
due to the fact that the camera was out of service on 2/9/2023.

 

You will receive an email from Evidence.com when it becomes available to
send out. To view the Body Worn Camera (BWC) video, open the email and
follow the link. Audio will begin after the first 30 seconds. You may view
the video for up to one year from the date received. Please be advised
that unlisted telephone numbers, driver’s license numbers, information
related to medical treatment, diagnosis, or evaluation, are exempt from
OPRA and have been redacted from the police report as well as the BWC
video. Should you have any additional question or concerns regarding your
OPRA request, please contact me.
