This office represents Jose Hernandez in connection with an accident which occurred on 11/16/2022. The accident occurred on route 1& 9 South. This office is seeking a video surveillance relating to a the above mentioned accident. Kindly provide all video surveillance related to the above referenced accident. Kindly advise whether there are any video surveillance devices at the scene of the location or any body cams on the officers that arrived at the scene. Kindly also provide any other videos obtained from third parties. Kindly also provide a copy of the police report. The police report number is C22051364.
