Records requested:
Any/all documents attached to case number 2020009817, a crash investigation that occurred on July 16, 2020. Documents requested include, but are not limited to:
1) Full computer aided dispatch (CAD) incident to include narratives and timestamps.
2) NJTR-1 report including the date the officer completed the report and the date the report was reviewed by a supervisor.
3) Copies of any/all written or recorded statements made by drivers, witnesses, and parties involved.
4) Copies of any/all contemporaneous notes or sketches taken by offers related to this investigation.
5) Any/all body worn camera and/or dash camera video of this incident including police response and report taking.
6) Any/all photographs taken of the scene and photographs taken of the vehicle.
7) Any/all supplemental reports filed in this matter.
8) Copies of any/all e-mails related to this crash.

Please be advised that the original request included the Hammonton Police case number 2020009817 which is unique to the incident. The crash occurred on July 16, 2020 at 1242. One driver was Timothy Reed. Thank you.

It has been eleven days since clarification was made which you now have the police case number, date, time, and driver of a vehicle involved. NJ OPRA laws guarantee the requestor a response once a complete request has been made within seven days. No response has been received for this request, therefore one is requested as soon as possible.
