Dear Brick Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

1. Similar to what was provided in OPRA request 137-24, please send the "Accident Search" log with the following columns (Accident Date/Time, Accident Type, Location and Incident No.) for all accidents in Brick Township from 1/1/24-Present.
2, CAD Reports and any relevant complaints, summonses, tickets and adult arrest reports issued in regards to the following Incident #s:

In response to OPRA 985-24, see the attached accident search list and CAD reports for the incident numbers specified in the request. One CAD has been redacted citing N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1- personal identifying information.
