Dear Montgomery Township,

I am making an OPRA directed to the Montgomery Police Department seeking a copy of any and all police records from June 10, 2024, in relation to Carrier Clinic, their staff, employees, contractors, representatives, Jessica McConnell, Keith McConnell, Kaden McConnell including but not limited to police reports, narratives, CAD abstracts, video/audio recordings including body worn media, photographs, witness statements, narrative reports, statements (signed and unsigned), a summary of all radio transmissions, a summary of any admissions or declarations made, notes of investigating officers, consent forms, miranda forms and any items not included.

I am correcting my earlier request to indicate the date of June 10, 2024, and not June 11, 2024.

Please respond in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq. Please provide a copy of the response to my email and/or contact me when all documents, specifically body worn media, is ready to be delivered to me.
