Dear Holmdel Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

For Incident 24-1958-OF and cases 1318 SC 2024 17390 and 391 as well as 1318 SC 2024 17389 and 392, please provide (a) all Body Cam from all involved officers and (b) all Security Camera footage provided by neighbors. Body Cam footage is likely from Jan 27, Jan 28 and Jan 30, 2024. The Jan 30 footage is Detective Maguire serving summonses to the defendants,

In response to your OPRA request dated December 26, 2024.

To the extent your OPRA request seeks a body worn camera (BWC) video,
please be advised that your request must be denied, as the subject video
is subject to retention under N.J.S.A. 40A:14-118.5(j)(1)-(2), rendering
it exempt from OPRA under N.J.S.A. 40A:14-118.5(l).

The security camera footage will be sent separately from Axon.

This is a complete response to the above-referenced OPRA request, and
therefore it is now deemed fulfilled and closed.
