In response to your OPRA request for-“ All detailed police reports, arrest
reports, call reports with Joseph Brennan or Joseph Brennan III listed as
a person involved between 1992-2005.”,  the only data I can search for
this time period is the arrest data.  In order to perform this search, I
would need Joseph Brennan’s date of birth and if you are able to supply
the last four digits of his Social Security Number it would also confirm I
have located the correct person.

With respect to your second request “Call record showing number of
incidents and type of incidents police ever handled with Joseph Brennan or
Joseph Brennan III involved between 1992-2005.”  The information you
requested is unattainable as the computer software has limited search
ability and is no longer vendor supported.   As previously stated I can
search arrest.  I can also preview an incident if you have the Brigantine
Police Department Case Numbers.

I will complete the arrest search as soon as I received the required
information.
