Dear Brick Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:
1. Police Department Incident Search List (listing Incident Number, Call Date/Time, Location, and Case Number) for Brick Township for the dates of 10/1/25-Present. Please omit the "Incident Type" column so no redactions are needed to be made. Please send this as a TXT file.

2. Police Department Ticket Search List (listing Ticket Number, Ticket Date/Time, Ticket Type, Location, and Incident Number) for Brick Township for the dates of 10/1/25-Present. Please send this as a TXT file.

3. Brick Township Arrest Report Logs for 10/1/25-Present, with the following columns of information: Arrest Date and Time, Arrestee Name, Case Number, Arrest Address, Arrest Charge Statute, Arrest Charge Statute Abbreviation, Arrestee Address City, Arresting Officer.

4. Police Department Incident Search List (listing Incident Number, Call Date/Time, Location, Incident Type and Case Number) for Brick Township for all of the following incidents types from 10/1/25-Present. Please send each as a separate TXT file: Accident; Accident - Hit & Run; and Accident - Injuries.

5. Similar to what was provided in OPRA request 137-24, please send the "Accident Search" log with the following columns (Accident Date/Time, Accident Type, Location and Incident No.) for all accidents in Brick Township from 10/1/25-Present. Please note that this a different record than the "Incident Search-Accident" log requested in Item # 4. Refer to OPRA # 137-24 and send that record for 10/1/25-Present.
