In response to OPRA 195-24:

1. Effective immediately, Brick Township will begin to adhere to N.J.S.A 39:4-131* and Chapter 338-6A(1) of the Brick Township Code* and charge $5.00 per Motor Vehicle Accident report for all requests that are not made in person (via mail, email, internet submissions or fax).
2. CAD- Attached- Redacted citing: Executive Order No. 26 (McGreevey 2002) 4) Information relating to medical, psychiatric or psychological history, diagnosis, treatment or evaluation.
