I received your OPRA request for documents from Voorhees Township via the below email and I am unable to open the attachment.

Voorhees Township uses a portal called JustFOIA to process OPRA requests. You can access the link for JustFOIA by visiting our website at www.voorheesnj.com. There is an OPRA link at the top right of the homepage. Click on the link and you will be directed to the Clerk’s page. Scroll down a bit and you will see where you can submit a “police request”. Once you submit the request, you should receive an email confirming your request and you will receive a security code to access your documents once they are added to the request.

You are not required to use the portal, but it is much easier and you will be notified via email when the documents are ready for access, especially if you plan to submit these monthly or quarterly. Please let me know if you plan to re-submit the request in the portal.

The following is in response to your 5-part OPRA request. Regarding your
requests:

1: Police Chief Bordi Emails to Berlin Twp Officers 8/1/22 -12/31/22
Pursuant to Elcavage V. West Milford Township – A request for emails must
contain three (3) characteristics 1) Content and/or subject; 2) Specific
date or range of dates; 3) Sender and/or recipient.  Therefore, I am
respectfully seeking clarification, specifically, the content and/or
subject of the emails you are seeking.

2: Police Chief Bordi Email received from Berlin Twp Officers from 8/1/22
-12/31/22  Pursuant to Elcavage V. West Milford Township – A request for

Notwithstanding the provisions of P.L. 1963, c. 73 (C. 47:1A-1 et seq.) or
any other law to the contrary, the personnel or pension records of any
individual in the possession of a public agency, including but not limited
to records relating to any grievance filed by or against an individual,
shall not be considered a government record and shall not be made
available for public access. Therefore, this portion of your request is
denied.

4: Police Chief Bordi Daily Logs 8/1/22 -12/31/22 is denied:
