In partial response to your OPRA Request received August 22, 2022,
we have attached hereto a portion of the documents you requested.

The following redactions have been made, to the attached
documents, pursuant N.J.S.A. 47:1A et seq. Specifically No. 1 -
Privacy Interest - "a public agency has a responsibility and an
obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal
information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure
thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of
privacy." And No. 19 - Personal Identifying Information:

And No. 6) Victim's Records - "an individually-identifiable file
or document held by a victims' rights agency which pertains
directly to a victim of a crime except that a victim of a crime
shall have access to the victim's own records.

And N.J.S.A. 47:1A-3(a), Specificlally # 24) Ongoing
investigations - any records pertaining to an investigation in
progress by any public agency if disclosure of such record or
records shall be detrimental to the public interest. This
provision shall not be construed to allow any public agency to
prohibit access to a record of that agency that was open for
public inspection, examination, or copying before the
investigation commenced.

A copy of the Denial Poster with instructions to applicants who
wish to appeal any denial or part thereof is attached hereto. You
have the right to appeal the decision that the document or
documents are not public records. You may take your appeal to the
Government Records Council or the New Jersey Superior Court, as
provided by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.
