Dear Ms. Pina:

 

Please accept this correspondence as a formal response on behalf of the
Township of North Brunswick regarding your Open Public Records Act
(“OPRA”) request dated March 23, 2021 seeking the following records:

 

 1. Copies of all traffic summons/tickets issued in 2016;
 2. Copies of all traffic summons/tickets issued in 2017;
 3. Copies of all traffic summons/tickets issued in 2018.

 

Please be advised that due to the voluminous amount of responsive
documents, compilation and review of same would amount to a substantial
disruption to agency operations.  As a result, the Township respectfully
requests that you reduce the scope of your request to encompass a more
specific search term(s) other than seeking all records generated over the
course of three (3) years.  We look forward to working with you to find a
mutual compromise to this request.
