Police Records

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Warren County Prosecutor's Office should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Warren County Prosecutor's Office,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Pursuant to OPRA and the common law right of access, I file this records request on behalf of Richard Rivera and the Civil Rights Protection Project of the Latino Leadership Alliance seeking the following internal affairs data for the past ten years:
1. Internal Affairs Annual Summary Reports (IAASRs) for every police agency in the county since 2010.
2. Executive summaries from police departments as to discipline over 10 days since 2010. (Note that these are usually attached to the IAASRs).
3. The IAASRs for your own prosecutor’s office since 2010.
4. Countywide IAASRs that are forwarded to the AG’s office (that incorporate number 1 and 3 above), since 2010.
Please produce the records to me in PDF format via email and we will send to the client

Yours faithfully,

Zachary Levy, Esq.
