I would like a copy of all logs and invoices from the phone service provider for calls made into the police department on 11/2/2018, 11/3/2018 and 11/4/2018 between 6:01pm and 1159pm.

department on 11/2/18, 11/3/18 & 11/4/18 between 6:01 p.m. and 11:59 p.m.,
I am going to forward this request to the police departments OPRA
Custodian; Captain Michael Dammann. For future reference we do not supply
or respond to police department OPRA’s as they do have their own custodian
and please forward all requests pertaining to the police department to the
respective custodian.

Please be advised, the Borough Attorney has advised me that a Vaughn index is not required in this instance. Nothing has been redacted from the record you have requested, which was a copy of the phone service invoice for the Police Department. There is not a stand-alone invoice for this service.
