Dear Tony Michael,

Please note the following comment by Catherine Bradley on 10/16/2025
12:46:00 PM:

Tony Michael,
Your request for BWC will require a special service charge to be accessed
due to the extraordinary expenditure of time and effort required to
respond to your OPRA as there were 23 Motor Vehicle Accidents between 7-1
and 7-7-25.  I am providing you with a list of the accidents that occurred
during that time period (see attached in the following email).  We are
requesting that you be more specific as to which accident you need video
footage from, and the video will be provided.
Please respond in writing with how you would like to proceed.
If you want to proceed with your original request, we will calculate the
amount of hours of video footage needed to be uploaded, reviewed, and
redacted and send you the service charge letter.
Thank you,
Catherine Bradley

Sincerely,

Borough of Point Pleasant Beach
