Dear Brick Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Any and all records pertaining to the current status of the four Police Officers involved in a fatal shooting on August 20, 2017 and cleared to return to work on March 26, 2018. Specifically Officers Donald Smith, Anthony Chadwick, Richard Zimmerer, and Ryan Osborn.

Also, if they are still on paid leave, any restrictions they have on them by the Department.
