Dear New Brunswick City,
Under OPRA and common law right of access, please provide copies of the most recent monthly bills for all active cellular phones assigned to NBPD officers, and records sufficient to show the phone numbers for all NBPD cell phones and which phone(s) are assigned to each officer.
