Dear Leah Pileggi (Voorhees Township, NJ),
With all due respect, why are you requesting a 14 day extension?
Are these records not available?
Per the Attorney General and IAPP 9.11.1, on an annual basis, every law enforcement agency shall provide to the County Prosecutor and publish on its public website a report summarizing the types of complaints received and the dispositions of those complaints.
Also, per the Attorney General and IAPP 9.11.2, on a periodic basis, and no later than January 31 of the following year, every agency shall submit to the County Prosecutor and the Attorney General, and publish on the agency’s public website, a brief synopsis of all misconduct.
If the requested records cannot be made available within the 7 day deadline, we will file a complaint with the GRC for Denial of Access. We will also file complaints with the NJ Attorney General and the Camden County Prosecutor's Office if the records are not posted on the agency’s public website as required under IAPP Section 9.11
Yours sincerely,
SJnews411
