Perhaps I called the document by the wrong name. Police dispatch logs were released to a requestor (just 5 days after being asked for them on July 31, 2019) for an address on Drum Point Road covering the years 2005-2009 in the response to this OPRA request from August 5, 2019, proving that these records exist for the time frame 2005-2009: https://opramachine.com/request/all_inci...
The PDF file sent to the requestor is labeled "Dispatch Calls."
So the document I am referring to is the one listing all Incident Numbers, with additional columns listing Call Date/Time, Location and Incident Type.

Good Morning,
I forwarded your response below back to our Police Department. Please find the report attached that they sent to me.
The Incident list has been redacting citing:
1.) Executive Order No. 26 (McGreevey 2002)
4) Information relating to medical, psychiatric or psychological history, diagnosis, treatment or evaluation.
2.) N.J.S.A 2C:25-33 ("Prevention of Domestic Violence Act of 1991")
- All records maintained pursuant to this act shall be confidential and shall not be made available to any individual or institution except as otherwise provided by law.
3.) 2A:4A-60 Disclosure of juvenile information; penalties for disclosure.
Social, medical, psychological, legal and other records of the court and probation division, and records of law enforcement agencies, pertaining to juveniles charged as a delinquent or found to be part of a juvenile-family crisis, shall be strictly safeguarded from public inspection.

The Brick Township Police Records Dept. have checked every variable of West, including "We" and still no other records were responsive than what was initial sent to you for OPRA #981-20.

Dear Ms. Larney,
The OPRA request for # 981-20 needs to be compared with the OPRA request for # 1294-20.
In # 981-20, a complete list of all West Princeton Avenue records are requested for the years 2005-2009. As you can see from the # 981-20 list, pretty much the only records listed are for the apartment building at 1740 West Princeton Avenue. Only 5 records for any address other than 1740 West Princeton are listed for the entire street for those 5 years.
Now, here's where the comparison comes in. In # 1294-20, note that these three addresses are listed on the April 3, 2008 incident log:
At 08:35:01 1606 We Princeton Ave a burglary is listed.
At 05:52:38 1607 We Princeton Ave a burglary is listed.
At 04:21:08 1623 We Princeton Ave a burglary is listed.
However, when you sent the entirety of records for West Princeton Avenue for the years 2005-2009 in # 981-20, none of those three incidents are listed on the log. In fact, the log jumps from March 5, 2008 to April 8, 2008, as though nothing happened on West Princeton Avenue on April 3, 2008.
Hopefully that explains things more clearly. So, proof has now been provided that West Princeton Avenue incidents DO show up when requesting the records by a specific date (April 3, 2008), but do NOT show up when you request the incidents by address. There seems to be some glitch in regards to West Princeton Avenue when you search for records by address. Now that I've pointed out the glitch and provided proof, hopefully the records can finally be found.

In October 2008 we completely changed our records management system. It was not just an upgrade but we purchased a new system. During the conversion some of the addresses did not convert due to them not being an exact match of how the names were entered into the system. The most common occurrence of this would be with addresses that have a direction in the name. Again, all of the information was converted in the system, however they are not searchable by address. Incidents can be searched by date then by the corresponding incident number.
