Police training video. "First amendment right to observe,object to, and record police activity. "
It is clearly in the interest of the public, to understand how police are trained in regard to first amendment rights. The directive ordered by the prosecutor office to have employees watch this video by August 5th , is of national news interest.
If this record is denied , please provide the specific exemption in law as to why it was denied.
