Police Facebook page

Fairview Borough did not have the information requested.

Dear Fairview Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
The police department has a Facebook page.
Each of these records can be accessed by anyone on the planet with the Facebook page administrator password internet access and a Facebook account.

I can get these records from my home if you give me the password.
Your Facebook page is a government record .

The first record I request is the list of banned people that can be seen on the list of banned people and pages . From the administrator account access Hit edit page , settings, people and other pages, banned people and pages . Take a screen shot of the page that will show the names of banned people , or it will show the administrator has no names on the list.

The second record I request is the list of blocked people. This is not the same record as the first.
The original creater of the Facebook account that the business account was created from has a list of blocked people. I want the list of blocked people.

The third record I request is the list of banned words .
From the administrator account , edit page, settings , general, content moderation, blocked posts or comments containing the following words.
I want the list of blocked posts or comments.

The 4th record I request are every hidden or deleted comment the police have hidden or deleted on the police Facebook page between 12:01 am 01/25/2022 to the time you receive this request.

The fifth record I request is the police department employee policy on editing public comments or censoring social media created by the borough of Fairview.

Yours faithfully,

R Lord

Dear Borough of Fairview,

Maybe their was some confusion with request number 4 . I asked for hidden comments and deleted comments.
Your reply was that no deleted comments are on record are saying no hidden comments are on record.

I see that some comments are being hidden. Comments I posted. Comments that do not contain any of the words the town has chosen to place on the blocked words list , so that the police can censor viewpoints. They appear on my page. They do not appear on a page not associated with my page. This indicates that the comments were hidden.
I will double check but Facebook works one way it's a computer program.

Yours sincerely,

R Lord

Dear Borough of Fairview,

Looks like some comments just magically reappeared then. Computers don't lie.

Looks like a forensic search by another law enforcement agency is needed.
