Dear Jennifer L. Harbison,

The police department has a Facebook page, every Facebook account has a banned list page and a blocked list page. Facebook works one way. That means you do have a record that will show me if that list has names on it , or if it is empty, I did not ask for you to tell me it was empty I asked for the document that You do in fact have showing me that the list is empty. The town has a Facebook page has had it for some time you should be well versed in its use. I can send you examples of other towns who did in fact comply with the law and did in fact send me the list. IF this is a denial please send me the reason this record is exempt.

Yours sincerely,

R Lord

Dear Jennifer L. Harbison,

ALL Facebook pages have this page the administrator uses to block people ban people .
The police department created this page, they administer this page. It is a electronic record that is not exempt. The public has a very clear interest in knowing if the goverment is blocking or banning people from a public forum. If they are not, then the record will show it. ALL I repeat ALL Facebook business accounts have this record, a record that I can view from my own home if I had the administrator password. Have the administrator of that account, that You do have. Go to the page settings page,, go to the link" people and other pages," you will see a drop down menu, labeled" people who like this page" , click on it, then you will see the words" banned people and pages." ALL people who have been banned by the administrator will be shown, then take a screen shot. send that screen shot to me. THEN the people will see if that list is empty or has names on it. OUR list OUR records OUR page. WE can do this in superior court at YOUR expense or you could simply be in compliance with a very very simple request.

People and Other Pages
Here's where you can see people and other Pages that like . From the list of people who like your Page, click the to remove someone from people who like the Page, or ban them. A person who's banned can't post, comment, send messages or take other actions on the Page.

Dear Jennifer L. Harbison,

My request was for both the banned list, and the blocked list. Two separate records. The blocked list in the settings section of the original account holder who opened the business page. You have not provided that list. So people can be on the blocked list be censored and not be on the banned list. Both records are not exempt. If the town is denying my request for the blocked list provide the exemption in opra. I asked for both the banned list and the blocked list. Two separate records the administrator is well aware exists . Blocked people. In the original account created required to create the business page go to settings blocking that list will pop up.

Yours sincerely,

R Lord
