Police Facebook page
Dear Wayne Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
The banned page of the police departments Facebook page. The list of banned users
The blocked page of the police departments Facebook page . The list of blocked users.
These are two separate documents pages accessed by the administrator of that Facebook page.
It you give me the administrator access password I can access these records from any place on the planet. Other than China iran and authoritarian police state countries that block free speech .
I can get these records from my own home with a simple password so I expect no delay.
Banning and blocking people expressing clearly protected speech on a government page open to the public for comment is illegal. The people have a clear right to know why viewpoints are being censored on a public page.
Yours faithfully,
R Lord
Dear Wayne Township,
To make it clear I can see that many people have been taken off the list. I did not ask for a FUTURE list. I asked for the list as it was on the date I made the request.
Yours faithfully,
R Lord
Please see attached document(s) responsive to your subject request.
This request is now closed.
Best regards,
Donna

Dear Merza, Donna,
I have screen shots showing very clearly that this was not the only name on that list. The police department is not going to be playing games in superior court. Neither will you. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Yours sincerely,
R Lord
