  In reference to your  Opra request,20-94, it will respectably denied.
There are 24 exceptions in Opra  and this Opra comes under one of  the
exceptions. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, where it states, Privacy Interest- " a
public agency has a responsibility and and obligation to safeguard from
public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been
entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable
expectation of privacy".
