Dear Ms Rau,

Thank you for your response.

The records requested are not applications for employment., the is a list of individuals who are registering to take the police entrance exam.

Karen Rau,

Good morning Mr. Caplan,
After consulting with our Township Attorney it has been determined that the registration for the police exam is part of the application and hiring process and therefore falls under the previously cited exemption under Executive Order No. 26 (McGreevy 2002).
Please respond to confirm receipt of this email. Thank you.
