Dear Wayne Township,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Wayne Township's handling of my OPRA request 'Police Entrance Exam'.

My request is for the name address email address of those who applied to take the written exam which was given by the NJ Chiefs of Police.

I am not requesting their employment applicants, which are not covered by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9; Executive
Order No. 26 (Gov. McGreevy2002).

The information you are seeking in your subject OPRA is exempt from
disclosure in accordance with Executive Order No. 26 (McGreevey 2002),
specifically EO 26 exempts applications and other information concerning
job applicants while a recruitment search is ongoing.  In addition, please
see the following  N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10 and Shapiro v. NJ Civil Service
Commission, GRC Complaint No. 2017-212 (July 2019), citing Toscano v. NJ
Dep't of Human Serv., Div. of Health Serv., GRC Complaint No. 2010-147
