Police Disciplinary Actions 1994-2006 (Helmetta)
Dear Spotswood Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A list of all Disciplinary Actions taken against police officers employed by the Helmetta borough from 1994-2006 inclusive.
As per Helmetta - this is the reply I received from them: "The Borough of Helmetta no longer has a Police Department. We were taken over by Spotswood and they have our records. Sandra Bohinski"

As per the law, I should have received the response by July 15th. I know with the pandemic that things might be delayed and I understand that. However I would appreciate the courtesy of a confirmation - that the request was received and that it is being worked on along with an approximate date of completion.
