Dear Christine Demiris,
A custodian must permit access to government records in
the medium requested. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(d).
The files I requested are already in a wav. file or other audio file computer format. These files can easily be sent in a email.
So the city wants to take a file already in computer format take time and tax money to burn it onto a disk ,for one purpose, to make it harder on the me to get the record.
I request the record in a wav. file or the other file it is already in.
