Police department procedure to block and ban persons.

Fairview Borough did not have the information requested.

Dear Fairview Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

The Fairview police department has a Facebook page.
please provide all comments on it, that were posted by a Jon Justice Lemkin.
Jon Justice Lemkin is on the blocked list. So the police department has chosen to deny this person a right to participate on a goverment page . these records must be easy to find.

written policy and procedure must be in place to make sure that no citizen is denied the right to speak openly on all topics a right vigorously secured by the Constitution of the state of NJ
"Every person may freely speak, write and publish his sentiments on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of that right. No law shall be passed to restrain or abridge the liberty of speech or of the press."

My second request if for the written policy describing the procedure for banning a person from participating in a goverment forum.

the written procedure outlining the process to ensure that a person denied a right and or privilege , participation in a goverment function is given due process of law.

this is of course still The United states of America so when people are blocked on a goverment forum it is in the clear interest of the people to know how, why, what lawful due process was used to deny a person a right to speak in public.

Yours faithfully,

R Lord
