I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

1. Total earnings for each full-time police officer for April 2025 and May 2025.
2. Compensatory time earned by each full-time police officer for April 2025 and May 2025.
3. Overtime earned by each full-time police officer for April 2025 and May 2025.
4. Extra Duty Pay earned by each full-time police officer for April 2025 and May 2025.
5. Shift commander duty pay for each full-time police officer for April 2025 and May 2025, to include any special pay for officers of all ranks for out of job title adjustments.
