Police department Facebook
Dear Gloucester City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
The city of Gloucster maintains a government political propaganda police Facebook page .
The Gloucester city police department.
I'm requesting multiple records in one request, to save the city time, they are all in one place.
Record one
The written policy for posting on the page.
Record two
The list of banned people and pages.
The administrator needs to go to the edit page link
Click settings. Click people and other pages. Click banned people and pages.
Simply take a screen shot of the page that will or will not have the names of blocked people, and send that screen shot as a attachment in response to this request.
Record number three
The police department Facebook content moderation page.
Edit click general, click content moderation
I request this record as a simple screen shot of the content moderation page.
Record number four
To create the police department business page the city created a original account. That original account has a settings option for blocked people.
I request the list of blocked people.
So you are not confused Facebook has two separate ways to block people. One record is the Blocked people list , the other record is the banned people list.
I am including a link with a case summary that explains this difference.
https://njfog.org/3964/case-summary-rich...
All of these records can be accessed by anyone on the planet with a internet address and the police Facebook page administrator account password.
I am not the administrator of this page , it has been maintained by the city for some time. You are clearly much more competent , so if my directions are wrong. You will of course figure it out.
It is absolutely in the clear interest of the people to see if the city of Gloucster is censoring viewpoints or people unlawfully on social media.
Yours faithfully,
R Lord
Dear Gloucester City,
Please give the specific exemption in law as to why this request has been denied.
Yours faithfully,
