The current collective negotiations agreement(s), memorandum(s) of
agreement, or other agreement(s)
covering the terms and conditions of employment for all the sworn law
enforcement officers employed by the City.
Also, the total number of all sworn law enforcement officers by bargaining
unit(s).
Good afternoon:
I am following-up on the response to your request.
Please be advised, a search was conducted and 2 memorandums of agreement
in response to the request were located (see attached).
The memorandums are for settlement purposes only and are exempt under
OPRA.
As such the portion of the request for agreements must be denied. See
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.
The Atlantic City Police Department has provided the following response to
the
portion of the request for the total number of all sworn law enforcement
officers:
317 officers; 5 Class II special law enforcement officers; 2 Class III
special law enforcement officers.
