The Township of Livingston Clerk's Department is in receipt of your OPRA request. Pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-5(i), you shall receive a response in no more than seven (7) business days, with day one starting the day after the request has been received. (Holidays and Townhall closings do not count as business days).

Dear FOPNJLC,

This comes in response to your OPRA and Common Law request for:
"The current collective negotiations agreement(s), memorandum(s) of
agreement, or other agreement(s) covering the terms and conditions of
employment for the sworn law enforcement personnel employed by the
Township of Livingston/Livingston Township Police Department. Also, please
include the number of sworn officers, by bargaining unit, currently
employed."
Per your request, the Human Resources Department has provided the attached
responsive records. The Human Resources Department also advised that
"there are 64 sworn officers + 8 Superior Officers". As these documents
are being emailed to you there is no cost for duplication under the Open
Public Records Act.
