Greetings,
Requests are generally accepted in person and electrically through email. Unless you are stating email requests are prohibited, a requestor is not required to submit requests as determined by the township. Additionally, your online system does not permit anonymous requests, which is required.

Respectfully, I would like a response to this properly submitted request.

Thank you.

Christine Robbins, Monroe Township (Middlesex)

Dear Anonymous,

We use an electronic software to process our OPRA requests and I asked you kindly to please submit that way. Of course, your choice should you choose not to and we will have to manually enter it into the system for you so your request is processed. We manually entered your request on 3/1/24. Your statement that the online system does not permit anonymous requests is false. It most certainly does. You have to enter your name but should you wish to be anonymous you would just enter "anonymous" as your name.
