I am seeking all Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) between the Township of Plainsboro and the Plainsboro Superior Officers Association covering the period of 2022 through 2026.
As a matter of clarity, the Collective Bargaining Agreements can begin before 2022 and/or extend past 2026 as long as they cover the time period of 2022 through 2026.
I am also seeking all Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) between the Township of Plainsboro and the Plainsboro Superior Officers Association for collective negotiations agreements (CNAs) covering the period of 2022 through 2026.
As a matter of clarity, the Memorandums of Agreement can begin before 2022 and/or extend past 2026 as long as they cover the time period of 2022 through 2026.

The Township of Plainsboro received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on March 6, 2024. The Official Records Custodian, Carol J. Torres,
received your OPRA request on the same day. As such, the seven (7)

Your OPRA request sought access to the following:

The following records are being provided and are responsive to the
Collective bargaining agreement between the Township of Plainsboro and the
Superior Officers Association comprised of the pre-existent three-year
contracts covering the period from 2020 through 2022. (Attached) These
records are being transmitted to you via email, as per your request.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., the cost associated with this request is
nothing.
Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) between the Township of Plainsboro
and the Plainsboro Superior Officers Association covering the period of
2023 through 2026; the official records custodian has no responsive
records to this request, as no responsive documents exist due to ongoing
negotiations. The records are being denied in part with the legal basis
for the denial stated above, as required by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-6.
Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) between the Township of Plainsboro and the
Plainsboro Superior Officers Association for collective negotiations
agreements (CNAs) covering the period of 2022 through 2026; the official
